We offer a snack bar that can cater to all events, we have a standard food list however this can be personalised to suit your requirements including allergies, vegan, Vegetarian requirements.

nuts, crisps, popcorn, cheese, deli meats, crackers, savoury nibbles, fresh fruit, cakes, marshmallow, sweets and biscuits.
A Cocktial menu can be personalised or designed by us. This included;

We cater to all events and budgets. We have a wide range of drinks For you to choose from and We will work with you to ensure everyone is catered for. Our handmade portable bars have been designed to fit any venue With multiple 5tf bars available that can been set up together or Stand alone. After a meeting to discuss the package that’s right for you we will take care of the rest, including your bar licence (temporary events notice).
we also offer payment plans (a smaller booking fee must be payed on the day booking and final payment made three weeks before date booked)
Cash bar bookings under 50 guests has a minimum spend limit that will be discussed on booking.
Once you have received a confirmation email for your booking a Cancellation will be a £150 charge.
A temporary events notice is needed at any event selling alcohol. We take care of this and the licence fee is included in the bar Hire fee, we do however require three weeks to obtain the notice for the event.
we love to make sure we have all the details correct for your event, we will offer a call, video call or face to face meeting to go over the details. once you have booked we will offer a ‘catch up’ meeting to confirm all the details. We ask no changes are made 2 weeks before the event So please contact us prior to that.
